Huffers is a family run business based in the heart of Suffolk. We rear rare breed pigs in small batches, free ranging and slow grown for flavour. Pork tasting the way it used to.
Why rare breeds? Quite simply, if nobody eats rare breed pork the pigs will become extinct. Two of the breeds we use are endangered.
Where possible we use our own home reared pigs for your roast. We occasionally may have to use another small producer who is based locally.
For smaller events we can also offer a lamb roast and rotisserie chicken. Only high welfare produced meat is used.
Huffers Hog Roast was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by Mid Suffolk District Council on 12th June, 2018.
